Hello there, whoever you are reading this!

First off, let me introduce myself. My name is David, although there are plenty of other names I get called, but that's my official one! I'm 21 and work in retail. Now that thats out of the way, lets get down to business!

I got saved on March 25th 2000. And that was all because I started going along to the youth club at the church a year before. Before I was saved I was nothing but a troublemaker, in school and outside school, drinking in the streets and causing trouble and running from the police. Something that maybe some of you reading this right now may do, or maybe know people who do, trust me, there are better things to do with your time and money than doing this! I thought I was jack the lad back then doing all that rubbish, looking back now I know what a prat I was!!

So that was my background before March 25th 2000, some people may say that I still do half of that rubbish, but don't listen to them, especially if their name is Matt Stewart. ( Only joking mate!) So after getting saved, how has my life changed?? Well, of course I have stopped my run-ins into the police on the streets, I have made LOADS of new friends in the church and YF etc, as well as other churches. And done things that I never saw myself doing, I have gone away for 3 Summers doing evangelism, 1 year in Woolwich and 2 in Puckeridge, helping run youth clubs, as well as spreading the Word by going around knocking on doors. Helped with kids clubs here at home also in Abbots Cross. I am also a leader at the church's Junior youth Club, working with kids aged 11 and under, which can be really stressful at times, trust me!! But its all good and all for the lord!

That's about it for now, I've done a lot over the last 6 years, if you'd told me I would be doing any of this stuff while I was in school and running about the streets, I'd have never believed you, which goes to show, no matter how much you may not believe it, the Lord can change anyone's heart and do things in your life that you don't expect, all for the better and all for the glory of God!!
